This is a unique set of specifically designed classes teaching you English through professional photography. You will be taken through upper intermediate and advanced vocabulary through a totally engaging and highly effective series of composition lessons.
What are the classes? (8 hours total)
1. The fascinating world of colour ( 2 x 1 hour classes)
2. Composition part 1 (2 x 1 hour classes)
3. Composition part 2 ( 2 x 1 hour classes)
4. Visual design ( 2 x 1 hour classes)
You will learn
1. Composition in art and photography from a qualified photography and English teacher.
2. Advanced descriptive words, emotions and feelings, phrasal verbs, idioms.
3. To become more expressive and artistic in your everyday English conversations.
4. Learn critical thinking and how to analyze the world around you through visual interpretation.
5. How to analyze and review a photograph like a professional critic.
5. How to write a 400 word review of an art work.
Who is this program for?
1. Anyone that has an English level of B2 C1 C2 (IELTS 5.5 and above)
2. Over 18 years old
3. Students are asked to have an open mind even if they have never had exposure to art.
4. You will be asked to complete a writing assignments. (optional but preferred).
