The website www.nautilusenglish.com operates from the UK and abides by the UK legal system.
USERS CONDUCT
Any persons engaging in inappropriate conduct while registered will be deleted from the platform and no refund given. This could be, but not limited to: harassment or abusive to staff or other students, sharing, profiting, publicising or using of the class material/content to anyone (registered or not), defamation or criticism of the Nautilus English business on a public or private platform. Any persons with complaints or issues should contact administration to resolve it.
LOGIN VIOLATIONS AND SHARING OF ACCOUNTS
Students can access their accounts anywhere in the world. However, multiply logins from different locations at the same time means a user has shared their account details with others. Our system detects multiply (2 or more) simultaneous logins from different IP addresses. Users that share their accounts with others will be deleted from the system with no refund given. When you register, you have to agree by the terms and conditions and not violate this issue.
RIGHTS OF USE (COPYRIGHT)
When you are visiting our system we grant you, only for personal use, as an individual, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial right to access our study material, through an online medium such as a computer, smart phone or tablet. You are not granted the right to share, profit, copy or distribute any such material be it, text, video, audio, PDF or word printable archives, graphics, vectors or anything that is offered by us, to any third party or persons. All material is protected under copyright or intellectual property laws and you agree to these terms and conditions. Permission to use any of our material or content must be granted by written consent.
PLATFORM DISRUPTIONS
If for any reason there are problems with the platform, technical, cyber or other, we will offer compensation in the form of an extension to your course for free. This will be limited to the time lost, plus a month extra. This will be granted if the website/platform is down for 3 days or more. We hold the right to evaluate each situation and offer compensation in the form of an extension. Students that sign-up within the first 14 days will get a full refund.

By signing up to the free mega bundle you agree to receive promotional emails from us, time to time. The bundle is for personal use and must not be altered, sold or profited from. You can unsubscribe at any time from the list.
DISCLAIMER
The Nautilus English business is not responsible for any damage, claim, loss of health, death or loss of personal property or wealth to any users or visitors to the website, www.nautilusenglish.com. We offer the service of English language improvement and development but make no guarantee to any students’ success. The registered users of our program accepts that they alone are responsible for their success through various factors, such as but not limited to: following a structured learning program and applying various techniques mentioned in our, “The art of learning a language”, resource guide.

CURRENT VERSION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions shall remain in effect until updated to the next version. Our terms and conditions of use may be changed at any time and your continued access to this website and registered online platform means that you agree to be bound by the most current version.
This Private Teaching Contract Agreement is made effective between the following parties:
Teacher Name (Teacher) :______________________________ and Student Name (over 18 years old): ________________________
#1 – AGREEMENT:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Teacher agrees to provide the teaching services to Client, beginning on the date specified, at the location described and Client agrees to pay Teacher the Fees required for the teaching services.
#2 – LOCATION:
Teacher will give the Teaching services by Zoom or a platform arranged in advanced.
#3 – FEES:
The Client agrees to pay the Teacher the required Fees for the Teaching services. The Client must pay the payment before the Teacher teaches the classes.
The fees for this class will be £45 per hour or as previously arranged.
If a package is being paid for it will be as arranged.
The payment methods accepted are: bank card or payoneer.
#4 – CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation by Teacher: Teacher can cancel classes if conflicts arise but must provide 24 hours’ notice. If Teacher cancels, the session will be rescheduled to a time agreeable to both parties.
Cancellation by Client: Client can cancel classes up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. If Client cancels less than 24 hours before the class time, any payment is forfeited. Teacher may choose to agree to reschedule the class but is under no obligation to do so.
The class 10 package has 2 opportunities for free cancellation of class hours within 24 hours. After the 2 free cancellations, the subsequent last-minute cancellations will result in the deduction of the class. The opportunities for exemption cannot be accumulated to the next purchase of a package.
#5 – LATE ARRIVALS:
If the student arrives late, the session will remain at 25 minutes and the Teacher will not be required to reschedule or make up for the lost time.
If the teacher arrives late, the teacher shall compensate the client by extending the class if possible or offering extra time on an agreed upon time.
#6 – NO SHOW POLICY:
If the Client doesn’t show up to the class without prior notice from the Client, the Teacher will not be required to reschedule or make up for lost time. It is at their own discretion to reschedule and they are not obligated to do so.
If the Teacher doesn’t show up to the class without prior notice from the Teacher, the Teacher will be required to make up the class at an agreed upon time between the Client and the Teacher.
#7 – OBLIGATIONS:
Teacher agrees to be fully prepared for each class by preparing materials and teaching at the agreed upon time.
Client agrees to undertake the work the Teacher identifies and actively participate in the class.
Teacher is not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences which might come about due to Client’s participation in the Teaching Services.
#8 – COMMUNICATION:
Any communication between both parties may occur through email or the messenging group. The Client agrees to respect the Teacher’s time and not abuse these channels of communication.
Phone calls and out of class video calls are not allowed unless agreed upon by the Teacher.
If the Client has questions or concerns, he/she can raise these issues with the Teacher through these means of communication.
#9: REFUNDS:
There are no refunds given for the Teaching services unless the Teacher is unable to continue with the Teaching services.
